Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 (1 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 eggs
    2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; pour into a greased hot pan (or iron skillet). Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown for 50 to 60 minutes.
