Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini, cut in 1-inch cubes (do not peel)
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. shredded carrots
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing cubes
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil zucchini, onions and carrots for 5 minutes.
    Drain and return to pan.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Add pepper to taste.
    Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Sprinkle buttered cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
