Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. milk
9 oz. Cool Whip
9-inch graham cracker crust
1/4 c. chopped peanuts (optional)
Preparation

Whip the cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
Blend in peanut butter and sugar.
Slowly add milk, blending thoroughly.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into crust.
Freeze until firm and serve.
If storing longer than 4 to 6 hours, wrap the pie to prevent dehydration.
