Sweet And Sour Chicken("For The Wok") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 lb. chicken breast, skinned, boned and cut into bite-sized pieces
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. reserved pineapple juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 ketchup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    2 green peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 can (15 oz.) pineapple chunks in natural juice, drained, reserving juice
    1/4 c. maraschino cherries, halved
Preparation
    Mix together egg, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil and salt.
    Add chicken, stir.
    Refrigerate one-half hour.
    Dissolve 2 tablespoons cornstarch in vinegar.
    Mix together with chicken broth, pineapple juice, sugar, ketchup and soy sauce.
    Set aside.
