Deep Fried Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. large flour shells
    taco sauce
    1 can refried beans
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    burrito seasoning mix
    1 pkg. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
    chopped tomatoes
    shredded lettuce
    sour cream
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef.
    Stir in burrito mix with 1/2 cup water.
    Add chopped onion and refried beans.
    Simmer until heated through.
    Fill shell with beef and bean mixture.
    Top with taco sauce and cheeses.
    Roll up shell with ends tucked in.
    Fry both sides until golden brown.
    Top with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
    Makes about 5 to 6 depending on size.
