Carrot And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag or 2 (10 oz.) boxes fresh cauliflower or 1 small head fresh cauliflower, cut up
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 small onion, minced
    8 oz. American or Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook onions, carrots and cauliflower for 10 minutes.
    Drain and set aside.
    Melt butter.
    Stir in flour.
    Gradually stir in milk and cook until thickened.
    Add cheese (3/4 cup) to sauce and heat until melted.
    Put vegetables in 1 1/2-quart to 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour cheese sauce over top.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
