Crab Fondue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
8 oz. cream cheese
6 oz. Gruyere cheese or Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. dry sherry
Preparation

Combine crab with ingredients.
Heat until well blended.
Salt, pepper and Bay seasonings to taste.
Serve with crackers.
