Treasure Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large orange
1 c. seeded raisins
1 c. English walnuts
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sour milk
2 c. all-purpose flour (Gold Medal)
3/4 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon, allspice, cloves
Preparation

Squeeze juice from orange and cut peel in sections, cutting out white lining.
Put raisins, nuts and orange peel through food grinder.
Add orange juice; mix and set aside.
