Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. onions
1 1/2 c. celery
6 slices bacon
3/4 c. flour
1 qt. milk
2 qt. water (chicken stock)
diced raw potatoes
white pepper
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
fresh parsley
Preparation
-
Saute butter, onions and celery.
Add bacon; fry and drain. Add flour and stir in milk, water, potatoes and white pepper.
Add cheese right before serving.
