Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (undrained)
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained (optional)
    1 (8 oz.) bag crushed Fritos
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except Fritos and cheese.
    Cover the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish with 1 cup of Fritos.
    Layer in order half of chicken mixture, then 1/3 of cheese.
    Repeat, ending with Fritos topped with cheese. Refrigerate overnight or at least for 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes approximately 10 servings.
    Serve with green salad and garlic toast.
