Beef Roast And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    eye of round roast or any other cut you prefer
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 bell pepper
    1 c. water
    1 onion, chopped
    1 large can B & B mushrooms in butter
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Heat butter and oil in large saucepan.
    Brown meat slowly on all sides.
    Add water.
    Cover tightly and cook on medium heat 1 hour.
    Add chopped pepper, onions and mushrooms.
    Add salt to taste.
    Cook until tender about 1 hour longer.
    May need to add more water.
