Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. cornmeal
2 tsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, cornmeal, vanilla, butter and vinegar. Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes, then stir gently. Put into the unbaked pie shell. Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
