Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (hot or regular)
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. uncooked Minute rice
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook sausage and crumble while cooking.
    Drain excess fat and place in large bowl.
    Saute onion, pepper and celery in skillet sausage was cooked in.
    Add sausage, soups, rice and water.
    Mix well and place in 11 x 13-inch dish.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0. Can be frozen.
    Serves 6 to 8.
