Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    3 c. half and half
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    black pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until clear. Simmer broccoli in about 1 cup water for 5 to 7 minutes; do not drain. Add onion and remaining ingredients. Stir and simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with shredded cheese and parsley.
