Molasses Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. molasses
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix the flour, sugar, shortening and salt together and keep 1/3 cup for the topping.
    In another bowl, mix the molasses, hot water and baking soda.
    Beat in flour mixture.
    Put in cupcake pans.
    Put the 1/3 cup topping on top of mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
