Hot Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 to 4 Tbsp. bacon bits
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until bound together. Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Serve hot with crackers.
