Brownie Camp-Out Shaker Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. sour cream
salt

Preparation

Pour heavy cream into a large jar; add sour cream.
Cover jar tightly and shake hard, taking turns until a lump of soft butter forms.
Pour off liquid.
Place in saucer and press out any last bit of water remaining in butter.
Add a little salt.
