Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. hot chopped green chili, roasted and peeled
    2 to 3 onions, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. lean cubed beef or pork
    3 potatoes, cubed
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute meat and onions until brown; drain off fat. Add seasoning and enough hot water to cover meat and potatoes, about 2 inches. Simmer until meat is tender. More water may be added if needed. Serve with flour tortillas.
