Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 c. pineapple juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; stir well.
Cover and chill for 2 to 3 hours.
Yields 6 servings.
