German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes
    4 strips bacon
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in their skin until tender; drain, peel and slice or cube.
    Keep warm.
    Fry bacon until crisp; add onion and cook until soft.
    Stir in green pepper, celery and parsley; cook about 1 hour.
