Orange Cream Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, mustard, salt and paprika in a saucepan.
    Add juices and butter.
    Cook, stirring constantly until clear and thickened.
    Chill.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Serve as a dressing over salads made with pear halves, pineapple, peaches or other fruits.
    Makes 2 cups.
