Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados, peeled, seeded and mashed
    1/3 c. finely chopped tomato
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper to taste
    hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate in a non-metal bowl. Serve within 6 hours with chips.
