Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sifted self-rising flour
3/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 can whole kernel corn
1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Mix milk, egg, corn and shortening.
Add flour, blending well. Drop by spoonfuls into deep hot fat or oil. Fry until golden brown; drain on paper towels.
