Tortilla Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1 to 2 Tbsp. horseradish sauce to taste
1 pkg. tortillas
1 red onion, chopped
thinly sliced beef (deli-sliced)
1 to 2 tomatoes, chopped
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and horseradish together.
Spread evenly over tortilla.
Put 1 slice of beef on tortilla.
Add onion and tomatoes.
Roll tightly and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Serve with additional horseradish sauce or salsa to dip in.
