Diet Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    16 pkg. Sweet 'N Low (1 gram size)
    3 qt. skim milk (or low-fat)
    2 pkg. instant vanilla jello pudding (or any flavor you wish)
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Beat eggs well, add Sweet 'N Low, milk, pudding and flavoring. Beat well again.
    Ready to put in ice cream freezer.
    Makes 1 gallon.
    (About 2,000 calories per gallon.)
