Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning, divided
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 slice soft white bread, torn into small pieces
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. catsup
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In small skillet, melt butter.
Add onion, celery, green pepper, 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Cook and stir over medium heat until tender.
In medium mixing bowl, crumble beef.
Add onion mixture, bread pieces, milk, egg, salt and pepper.
Mix well and press into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
