Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift flour. Add baking powder, salt and shortening; mix. Add milk and mix well. Let rise for 15 minutes. Shape into biscuits and place in greased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
