Grandma Lyla'S Norwegian Fattigmand - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 additional egg yolks
    4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    4 Tbsp. cream or condensed milk
    1/8 tsp. cardamon
    1/4 c. brandy
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    flour to roll
Preparation
    Mix in order as written.
    The batter should be prepared the evening before.
    A while cloth should be fastened to the rolling board; sprinkle with flour.
    Roll out thin; cut out in diamond shapes.
    Make a slit in center and draw one corner through, making a knot.
    Fry in deep fat at 370\u00b0 for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
    Makes 100 fattigmand.
