Holiday Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 c. butter or margarine
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook
potatoes 15 minutes.
Mash.
Add butter and cream cheese.
Beat.
Stir in 1/2 of Cheddar and next 5 ingredients. Put in\tgreased
baking
dish.\tBake
at
350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle 1/2 cup Cheddar over and bake 5 minutes more.
