Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. diced tart apples
Preparation
    Mix all wet ingredients.
    Add apples and nuts, then add dry ingredients.
    Bake in Bundt pan (greased and floured) for about 1 hour.
    Can be cooked in 2 loaf pans.
