Peanut Butter Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
48 Hershey Kisses

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except Hershey Kisses in large bowl. Mix on lowest speed until dough forms.
Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Top each with kiss, press firmly so cookie cracks around edge.
