Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. head cabbage
1/2 c. grated carrots
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. minced dry onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
-
Shred cabbage and mix in salt, onion, carrots and parsley and toss well.
Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
Let stand in a cool place at least 1 hour before serving.
