German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 peeled and cooked potatoes, cut up
2 1/4 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp. bacon grease
6 Tbsp. vinegar
6 Tbsp. brown sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 onions, fried with the bacon
9 slices bacon, fried crisp and chopped
Preparation

Blend dry ingredients; make a paste by adding the vinegar. Take the skillet that fried the bacon and add the water.
Boil and add the paste.
Cook until smooth.
Combine the potatoes and gravy.
Heat only until the chunks of potatoes are warm.
