Creamy Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. onions, chopped fine
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. carrots, chopped fine
1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
3 cans chicken broth
1/2 c. flour
4 c. milk
1 pkg. Old English sharp cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and butter.
Add vegetables when tender.
Add flour and milk mixture; heat, but do not boil.
Add cheese.
Let melt, stirring.
Serve in bread bowls.
