boneless and skinless chicken breasts
beaten eggs
bread crumbs
oil
butter
heavy whipping cream
Preparation
-
Take boneless and skinless chicken breasts and dip in beaten eggs and then roll in bread crumbs.
Place in hot skillet with equal parts butter and oil.
Brown on all sides and then place in single layer in casserole dish.
Pour over whipping cream .
Cream until half covered.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
