Maiale Tornabuoni(Marinated Pork Chops) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 stalk celery with leaves, chopped
    4 (10 oz.) pork chops
    3 tsp. onion flakes
    1/8 tsp. rosemary leaves
    1/8 tsp. thyme leaves
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except pork chops.
    Pour over pork chops in deep dish.
    Refrigerate 4 hours.
    Remove pork chops, reserving marinade.
    Broil on rack about 4 inches from source of heat 10 minutes, or until cooked throughout.
    Turn once during broiling.
    Spoon 2 tablespoons marinade over each pork chop. Makes 4 servings.
