Crunchy Crust French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    2 tsp. sugar
    few grains ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1/3 c. crushed corn flakes
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    4 slices white bread
Preparation
    Blend egg, milk, sugar and cinnamon.
    Mix coconut and corn flakes.
    Dip bread slices in egg mixture; then coat with coconut and corn flakes.
