Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    3 c. flour
    chopped pecans (if desired)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, juice, vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and beat again. Fold in apples.
    Do not beat after apples are added. Bake in preheated oven 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0. Greasing and lightly flouring the Bundt pan will make a prettier cake.
