Potato Skins - cooking recipe

10 precooked potatoes
1 bag cheese
1/2 can real bacon bits
Preparation

Cut potatoes in half and spoon out the inside of the potato Deep-fry the skin part of the potato until crispy. Place on paper towel to drain the grease. Put skins on a foil lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted. Serve with Ranch dressing or sour cream.
