Low-Fat Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. oat bran
    1/3 c. powdered milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/3 c. raisins
    2 egg whites
    2 c. crushed pineapple
    water
    Pam
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Make sure raisins are not stuck together.
    Add egg whites and crushed pineapple.
    Add water if needed to make a batter.
    Fill 12 metal muffin pans that have been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes.
    Muffin pans can be filled as these do not raise very much.
