Cottage Grove Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peeled, diced potatoes
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 medium chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Using a 3 to 4-quart saucepan, bring to a boil 2 cups of water, containing the 2 cups of peeled, diced potatoes and the 1 teaspoon of salt.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes until potatoes are tender.
