Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 onion, chopped
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Prepare broccoli as directed.
    Saute onion in butter; add flour mixed with water.
    Cook until thickened and add cheese. Stir until smooth.
    Add broccoli and eggs.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.
    Cover with Parmesan cheese or cracker meal. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
