Soup Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 to 1 c. cooked pinto beans, drained and mashed
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 eggs
    1 c. coconut (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Using spoon, mix together sugar, beans and stir in melted butter.
    Add eggs, coconut and vanilla; stir very well.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick stuck in comes out clean.
