Snowcap Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese (1 1/2 c.)
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. seedless green grapes
    1/2 c. broken pecans
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    8 canned pineapple slices
Preparation
    Mash cheese together until well blended. Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve over boiling water. Stir gelatin into cheese mixture. Add grapes, nuts and chives.
    Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into 1-quart mold or individual molds.
    Chill 6 hours or overnight.
