Lo-Cal Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. fat-free cottage cheese
    1 can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 cans drained mandarin oranges
    2 regular-size boxes sugar-free Jell-O (orange; dry)
    1 regular 8 oz. fat-free Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix all and refrigerate.
