Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. butter, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 c. chocolate chips (12 oz.)
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy.
    Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; mix well.
    Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
    Drop by rounded level measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake 9 to 11 minutes.
    Makes about 5 dozen 2 1/2-inch cookies.
