Beverly'S Nacho Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger meat
1 pkg. McCormick taco mix
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Preparation

Brown meat and dry taco mix.
Simmer according to package. Pour in casserole and let cool.
Spread sour cream on meat mixture. Melt Velveeta cheese in saucepan and add Ro-Tel tomatoes (chopped and drained).
Pour this over sour cream.
Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until it bubbles.
Serve hot with nacho chips.
