Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. corn meal
1 Tbsp. flour
4 well beaten eggs
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix the sugar, flour and meal together.
Mix the eggs into flour mixture, then add the melted butter, milk and lemon juice. Blend this together.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
