Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. oil
    3 c. grated zucchini
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, oil, zucchini and nuts. Mix well.
    Pour into loaf pans (greased and floured).
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
