Golden Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cubed, peeled potatoes
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. water
    1 c. thinly sliced carrots
    2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 9 ingredients in large pot and bring to boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender. Gradually stir 1/4 cup milk into flour, making a paste.
    Stir this into soup.
    Add 2 3/4 cups milk and cheese.
    Cook over medium heat until soup thickens.
